Once you’re on their radar, there’s no walking back.
A selfless act veers his numbed existence. Landon E. Ellis, a sharp software engineer, stuck to his solitary comfort zone. Predictable, limited contact, all thrown into disarray when he intervenes to help a stranger from two shady pursuers. Drawn into the life of Zephyr F. Boykin. Troubled, reckless, aspects of his past become relevant to navigate the danger they’re drawn into. As Landon helps Zephyr, an unexpected connection grows, forcing Landon to confront his isolation and the possibility of something new.
